PechaKucha Night: Scottish Innovation 2017

Join us for the Scottish Parliament’s first ever PechaKucha event, celebrating the best of Scottish innovation in a unique way.

The Scottish Funding Council is pleased to be hosting this event in association with PechaKucha Edinburgh, the globally successful and creative format using engaging presentations of 20 slides, each for 20 seconds.

Featuring some of Scotland’s brightest young entrepreneurs, creative projects and big ideas, this fast-paced and fun event will highlight the best that Scotland has to offer.

Scottish Innovation 2017 is in the Scottish Parliament’s inspiring Garden Lobby and is sponsored by Ross Greer, Scotland’s youngest ever MSP.

Dress code: Smart casual.

Post event networking: PechaKucha is all about networking! So we have reserved the mezzanine space in a nearby bar/restaurant from 7.45pm. Hemma is at 73 Holyrood Road, which is a 5 minute walk from the Parliament building,

Important information: The event will start at 6.00pm prompt and guests are advised to allow 30 minutes to clear the Parliament’s security, which includes an airport-style check. You will need your ticket and photo ID to enter the Parliament building.
