£30,000 for creative industries, food & drink and tourism projects
The Interface Multiparty Competition is aimed at multiparty groups of businesses, within creative industries, food & drink and tourism sectors, working in collaboration with an academic partner from a Scottish university, college or research institution.
The competition aims to encourage partnerships which could benefit an entire industry and result in new products, processes or services.
The four awards available are:
2 x £10,000 awards – open to tourism groups
2 x £5,000 awards – open to creative industries, food & drink and tourism groups
Applications should demonstrate not only innovation but how the project will add value and impact to the sector as a whole.
Proposed projects could tackle issues such as sustainability, manufacturing process and efficiency, inclusion, diet and nutrition or destination development, however all applications will be welcomed.
The deadline for initial applications is 5pm Tuesday 30th May 2017. Applications will be judged by an external evaluation panel. The funding will be awarded to each project with the businesses matching the award in kind or in cash.
