Marketing Manager (maternity cover)

Interface are seeking a Marketing Manager for fixed term maternity cover for a period of approximately 11 months starting from April 2019. The role will implement the marketing strategy in line with the strategic plan aided by the well-established marketing team [2.8FTE] whom the post holder line manages.

The postholder will be expected to make evidence-based recommendations for use of marketing channels that will attract a diverse cohort of businesses, raise Interface’s profile and reputation and contribute to the delivery of targets through strong lead generation and conversion activities. To achieve these aims the postholder must combine a good level of relevant business marketing experience including leading a high performing team, project management skills, excellent networking and influencing skills, and ideally some knowledge of relevant specialist business/research skills such as business development.
