Fixed Contract to 31st July 2023 - 35hours per week

This role has a focus on supporting the existing Interface Business Engagement Team as they engage with start ups, companies, organisations and the social innovation community across the Central Belt of Scotland. The Business Engagement Officer will engage with Scottish Universities and colleges and through impartial facilitation will help identify and facilitate collaborative R&D partnerships for economic and societal benefit. This role is temporarily based remotely due to COVID-19.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Aptitude for customer service, including a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills including discretion and the ability to establish and maintain trust.
- Excellent personal time management, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise whilst occasionally working under pressure.
- Confidence to work with multiple and changing priorities in a flexible way while showing commitment to the Interface Mission, Vision and values (Ambitious, Inclusive, Exceptional, Genuine, Ethical).
