Challenge B: To improve the clinical care of patients with a pre-existing diagnosis of diabetes when admitted to hospital by developing a real-time decision support tool and alert mechanism to improve triage, prevent medication errors, identify emergencies and streamline the diabetes care pathway - Dr Stuart Ritchie - NHS Lothian

Challenge C: Improved identification of people at risk of osteoporosis and fracture, including those with diabetes - Dr Maria Talla - NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde
