Hungry for Change – how to increase fruit, vegetable, fibre and fish oils in products

Consumers are increasingly interested and concerned about improving their diet to increase their fruit and vegetable intake and increase consumption of fibre and oil-rich fish.

This event hosted by Interface, the Rowett Institute and FDF Scotland aims to bring together NPD, food technology, nutrition and marketing professionals in Scotland to understand and get support on how they can incorporate these items into both their existing and new product lines.
